Billing Cycle

edSPIRIT is a subscription based SaaS platform which has two billing cycles for you to choose: 

1. Monthly: A month starts from the moment you start your subscription and continues for 30 days.
   
2. Yearly: A year starts from the moment you start your subscription and continues for 365 days.

In the following any reference to month or year, means billing cycle month or billing cycle year.

In a monthly cycle, your plan is priced on a monthly basis and as if it is renewed automatically at the end of each month.  At the beginning of a month, your credit card is charged for your next month subscription, as well as any overage that you might have accrued during the previous month.

You may cancel your subscription during any month. Your subscription stops at the end of the billing cycle.

In the Yearly cycle, your plan is priced on an annual basis which is equal to 10 months (16% discount). Your credit card is charged at the beginning of each year. However, overage charges are charged to your credit card on monthly basis. You may cancel the subscription during the year but it will continue until the end of the annual cycle.

You may change your billing cycle from monthly to annual via your admin dashboard at any time. However, you may not change from annual to monthly once your subscription has started. Such changes may only be applied from beginning of next billing cycle.
