Pricing Page

Your chosen plan can be purchased via the Pricing Page. The instance that is made available to you by edSPIRIT can include different features. You can navigate the details of each plan under the Features section of this page. edSPIRIT pricing is based on your active user count per month/year.

Number of Users: Choose how many active users you are going to have.

Note: Choosing a user in the process of purchasing the plan would not impose a limitation on the number of user log-ins and if the actual number of users who log-in to the site is more than the number chosen by you (when purchasing) you would be charged on a per-user basis.

The payment period type: edSPIRIT has two billing cycles for you to choose from: monthly and annual.

When the duration of your chosen package ends a new bill would be issued for the new subscription period. The subscription can be cancelled any time (Cancelling Your Subscription). If you cancel your subscription within the period you paid for, you can still use any package you have chosen (and paid for) until the end of the subscription period but a new bill would not be issued at the end of the period for the new period. Moreover, if you wish to make changes to the plan within the subscription period (Upgrade/Downgrade in AC) (either change features or the number of users or both) this change would be applied to your site in real time and the difference in the cost of the two packages (previous package and new one) would appear and be payable in the Invoice.

Plans: The cost of your subscription depends on the plan that you choose.

The Starter Plan is suitable for any institution which embarks on its journey with edSPIRIT.

In the Premium Plan you have access to more features and own your domain.

The Enterprise Plan is suitable for very large organizations on the regional and national level. In this plan depending on the needs you communicate a suitable package would be provided and after the relevant contract is reached the relevant services would be accessible.

Active features of the plan: Instances of edSPIRIT include different features and these features can be activated or deactivated within different packages. However, it is possible for you to change the package you have chosen to another one during subscription period (Upgrade/Downgrade) and use other feature as well.
