Upgrading and Downgrading Your Subscriptions
In the Upgrade/Downgrade section, there is the
ability to change the site to other packages. In this way, on this page, the
packages available in the organization are displayed based on the number of
users and the duration of the course. The site administrator can choose another
plan, the difference in the amount paid will be displayed in the Invoices
section.
It is also possible for the site manager to change only
the number of users of his site in the same package and update her/his package
to a new number. In this way, a package is selected with the same name but a
different number of users.
Select the desired time period to show plans related to
this time period.
Now you can choose your desired package with the desired
number of users and press the Upgrade button.
