Overage or Surcharge

In both Starter and Premium plans and in either monthly or annual cycles, you have selected a maximum number of active users as the basis of your pricing. However, edSPIRIT does not stop, should more users wish to take courses.  Extra active users in each month are charges as overage or surcharge in that month.

Our current rate of overage is $2.50 per extra active user in each month.

Overage is charged to you credit card at the end of the month.
