Dashboard Overview

The dashboard presents a report of the usual activities performed in the system, such as number of active users, total number of users, number of course creator requests, number of training courses created, and status (general information) of the purchased plan. 



Last 24h Active Users: Represents number of active users in the last 24 hours.



edSPIRIT distinguishes between “registered users” and “active users”. Your learning system can take any number of registered users who can login and browse list of courses. Active users are those users who have enrolled in one or more courses in a billing cycle. These are considered as active users in that cycle.

Last Week Active Users: Represents number of active users in the last week.



Last Month Active Users: Represents number of active users in the last month.



Total Users: Represents total number of your registered users on your site.



Pending Creator Requests: Represents number of pending requests to become course creator which are sent by users in the content management system (CMS). This request can be confirmed or declined by the admin. 



Courses: Represents number of courses created in CMS. 



Plan: Represents the type of purchased plan



Subscription StatusDisplays the status of your subscribed plans and indicates whether you are currently on a free trial.



Subscription Days Remaining: Represents number of days remaining of your plan.
