Commerce

Managing your online course with commerce features lets you set prices and offer trial periods for your course.

Accessing Commerce

1. Go to Admin Console > Management > Courses.
2. Choose the course you want to adjust the commerce settings for.
3. Under the Management column of the table, click on Settings and then Commerce.

Status

In the Status section, you specify if your course is free or has pricing in effect. Courses can be free or paid. For paid courses, you set their price here.

Active

Turn on Active to set up the course pricing and trial options.

Price

In the Price field, enter the cost of your course. You cannot enter 0 in this field if your pricing is active.

Currency

Choose the currency for the course price, like USD or EUR.

Trial Days

Set the number of days for a free trial.

Enabled

Check Enabled to start or stop the trial days.

Last Available Day

Enter the end date for the trial. After this date, users should pay for the course.

Unenroll Users

Check Unenroll User if you want to unenroll free users after the trial.

Note: If you don't check Unenroll Users, people who joined the free trial can continue taking the course without paying for it. Users who join after the free trial period must pay for the course.

Save Button
Click Save to save your changes.
