Scheduling a Course in Studio

To schedule a course in Studio, follow the steps below:


1. To begin with, open your course in Studio. Open the Settings menu; click on Schedule and Details



     
2. To adjust the course pace, you can choose Instructor-Paced or Self-Paced.
     
      3. Lastly, you must enter the following data and time information for the course:

  1. Course Start Date and Course Start Time: The course start date and time are the exact date and times, that learners can commence the course. 

  1. Course End Date and Course End Time: The course end date and time determine the date and time following which the course will no longer be accessible to the learners.

  1. Enrollment Start Date and Enrollment Start Time: These time values mark the date and time when the learners are able to begin enrolling in their desired course.
Please note that these time values should be set prior to or at the same period set for the start of the course. 


  1. Enrollment End Date and Enrollment End Time: These time values mark the time frame during which the learners have the opportunity to enroll in the course. Undoubtedly, this value must be set prior to or at the same time as the course end time. 



4. Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the screen to finalize.
