Payment Reports

The Reports page is designed to provide valuable insights into the financial transactions of your courses. It allows you to filter data based on various criteria, including organization, course, user, and payment status, enabling you to tailor the information to your specific needs. The report presents essential details such as user names, course titles, enrollment types, and payment amounts. You can also export the data in CSV format for further analysis. This functionality empowers you to monitor your course enrollment and payment activities effectively.

 To access Payment Reports, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Admin Console.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click on Management.
  3. From the dropdown menu, select Payment Reports.
Payment Reports consists of the following sections:

Filters Section

To refine the report results, apply filters based on the following criteria:

Organization: Select a specific organization.

Course: Choose a particular course.

User: Filter by individual users.

Start Date: Set the start date for the report period.

End Date: Set the end date for the report period.

Payment Status: Choose between All, Paid, or Free.

Course Type: Choose between All, Paid, or Free courses.

 

Apply filters: After selecting the desired filters, click Apply Filters.

Export CSV: To download the filtered report data, select Export CSV. This will generate a CSV file of the results.

Reset Filters: To clear all filters and start a new search, select Reset Filters.

 

Report Results Section

The report includes the following summary and detailed information:

Total Enrollments: The total number of students enrolled.

Total Paid Amount: The overall amount paid by students.

 

#: This is the entry number for each record in the report.

User: This represents the name of the user enrolled in the course.

Course: This indicates the title of the course.

Free/Paid: This specifies whether the enrollment type is free or paid.

Organization: This shows the organization associated with the course.

Enrollment Date: This indicates the date when the user enrolled in the course.

Paid Amount (Currency): This lists the amount paid by the user in the specified currency.

Payment Date: This reflects the date when the payment was made.
