Managing and Designing Certificates

Managing and Designing Certificates

Certificate settings can be changed in different parts of your site. One of these settings, which is mainly related to the appearance and content of the certificate is done from the Certification section in the Admin Console. More settings are accessible in the CMS section.

1. Automatic vs. Manual Certificate Issuance
If the automatic button is selected, all courses have the ability to set and issue certificates.

If you choose the Manual button, issuing the certificate is subject to the approval and acceptance of the site manager or the designated superuser and a certificate must be activated separately for each course.

NotesHow to accept the certificate request can be observed in the Courses section.

2. Selecting a Certificate Template
Select the desired certificate format from the Configure Certification field.

Info
Since a default language has been selected for the organization, the language of the certificate is the same as the default language of the organization. But the text of the certificate can be set for other languages so that when the users change the language of their environment, they obtain their certificate in the same language.

3. Selecting Language and Filling Certificate Text Fields
Select the language of the certificate from the drop-down menu and make the relevant changes in the paragraphs and click on the save button.
