Profile

The Profile page allows you to view your name and location.

Full Name

The name used for identification and that appears on your certificates.

Location

The region or country of your residence.


If you do not enter your age in this section, only your membership duration, username, and full name will be visible. However, if you provide your age and you are over 13 years old, additional information such as your education level, certificates and more will be displayed.

To enter your age on the profile page:

  1.     Click on the "Set your date of birth" link to navigate to the account page.
  2.     In the account information section, locate the year of birth section and click the edit button.
  3.     Select your birthday from the drop-down menu.
  4.     Click the save button.

After completing these steps, your profile will show details such as social network links, education level, certificates, etc., and you will also be able to upload a profile picture.

Account

Account Information

Basic information about your account can be found in these settings.

Username

The name by which you are identified on Your Site. The username can never be changed.

Full Name

This is the name which would be used to verify your identification and would appear on your certificates.

Email Address (Sign In)

At this email address you would receive any messages from Your Site and course teams.

Password

An email with instructions on how to reset your password was sent to your email.

Year of Birth

The year you were born.

Country

The country or region of your residence.

 

Profile Information

This tab allows you to add more details about yourself to enhance your profile.

Education
Add your level of education.

Gender
Add your gender.

Spoken Language
Add a spoken language.


You have the option to link your accounts on social media platform to the relevant icons on your profile.

Facebook

Enter the URL to your Facebook page or your Facebook username in this field. You can delete the URL to remove the link.

Twitter

Enter the URL to your Twitter page or your Twitter username in this field. You can delete the URL to remove the link.

LinkedIn

Enter the URL to your LinkedIn page or your LinkedIn username in this field. You can delete the URL to remove the link.

 

Site Preferences

Customize your site experience based on your language and time zone preferences.

Site Language
The language used throughout this site. The site is currently available in a limited number of languages.

Time Zone

Select the time zone for displaying course dates. If you do not specify a time zone, course dates, including assignment deadlines, will be displayed in your browser’s local time zone.

 

Linked Accounts

Link your identity accounts to simplify the sign-in process for your organization.
 

Delete My Account

Account and personal data deletion is a permanent and you cannot undo this action. Once your account or data is deleted Your Site would not be able to restore your account nor your data.

As soon as you delete your account you would not be able to take courses on Your Site, YourSite.edspirit.com, or any related domains.
Deletion of your account might also cause you to lose access to verified certificates and other credentials pertaining to other programs. In order to make a copy of such certificates or credentials before you delete your account, take the steps in the instructions for printing or downloading a certificate.
Deletion of accounts is a permanent action. Kindly please read the above fully and carefully before you proceed with deleting your account. Account deletion cannot be reversed, and you will not be able to use the same email address on Your Site anymore.


Dashboard

The Dashboard provides an overview of your completed courses and in-progress courses.


Order History


The organization owner can view the complete payment history for the entire organization. Learners can only see a record of their own payments.


Sign out


In order to sign out of the user account click the log out option so if necessary you can log into the system with another user account.
